Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Tykno.Studio piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, simply email us at contact@tyknostudio.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back — we’ll provide the return instructions and address.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

A Little Note About Handmade Pieces
Every Tykno.Studio piece is handmade, so small differences in colour, texture and details are completely normal and make each piece unique.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
