Our Products

Tykno.Studio creates handmade pieces, and each item may have small variations in colour, texture, shape and details. These differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and make each piece unique.

We do our best to display product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, suspected fraud, or incorrect product or pricing information.

If we need to cancel an order after payment has been made, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are also available in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Because many of our pieces are handmade and produced in small quantities, some items may sell out or become unavailable.

We may update, discontinue or change products and prices at any time.
